Current: tzdata2012c/zone.tab only has: TF -492110+0701303 Indian/Kerguelen Note: I couldn't find the rules for Kerguelen, since zone.tab doesn't tell where to look for this and there is no file "indian" like there is "asia" for the zones named "Asia/..." But the rules for Kerguelen are not needed for this proposal. I see someone tried to address this last month but it kind of fell flat.
