Zoneinfo TZ v1.0.0 is now available

Hi there, I've now made my Java implementation of a Zoneinfo parser and java.util.TimeZone facade available as open source via The Codehaus. My implementation closely honours the domain model of Zoneinfo. My project can be found at: http://zoneinfo-tz.codehaus.org/ and a v1.0.0 has now been cut. I shall shortly push the v1.0.0 artifact to the Maven central repository. I was wondering if the Zoneinfo website could be updated to include a link to it under the "Other tz-based time zone software" heading, and possibly just underneath the Sun Java line. Falkland Islands to not fall back this year

The Falkland Islands will not turn back clocks this winter, but stay on daylight saving time. One source: http://www.falklandnews.com/public/story.cfm?get=5914&source=3 We have gotten this confirmed by a clerk of the legislative assembly: Normally the clocks revert to Local Mean Time (UTC/GMT -4 hours) on the third Sunday of April at 0200hrs and advance to Summer Time (UTC/GMT -3 hours) on the first Sunday of September at 0200hrs. IMPORTANT NOTE: During 2011, on a trial basis, the Falkland Islands will not revert to local mean time, but clocks will remain on Summer time (UTC/GMT - 3 hours) throughout the whole of 2011. The proposed changes below incorporate the suggested change in translation of comments regarding Chilean DST, a reference to the English-language page regarding DST in Morocco, and a change so that DST in Morocco ends at midnight rather than 1:00. These changes are against the current ftp versions. I'll try to update the ftp versions on Friday.
