Hi, New braziliand decree for summertime. http://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_Ato2004-2006/2006/Decreto/D5920.htm Attached patch to southamerica file. There are any chance to create new tzdata version? Because old brazilian summertime begin in 15 Oct 2006 and now that's wrong. It is election time in Brazil again, and since it seems that they still cannot handle a time change in the middle of two rounds of election, they are postponing this year's start date to the weekend after the election, 2006-11-05. It appears that the decree is still not published, but that this change is very likely to happen.
