Time-zone file requirement for DST change in Turkey

Hi Team, There is a requirement from Government of Turkey to disable the DST in Turkey for 2016 i.e. the current time-zone EEST (GMT+3) should not be changed to EET(GMT+2) after 30th Oct 2016. We need the updated Time-Zone file for the same. Kindly support us to share the updated Time-Zone file. Please let us know in case of any more information required for the same. Today the California Senate rejected Assembly Bill 385, which would have placed a measure on the state ballot asking voters whether to cancel daylight saving time. This is the bill that prompted me to fix some historical inaccuracies in tzdata's Los Angeles entry a few days ago. Sen. Jim Nelson (R-Gerber) voted against the bill, arguing that farmers benefit from DST. He said, "Our crops have gotten accustomed to that.
