Hello Don, There seems to be more into this... likeClient Software (MUA &ndash Mail User Agent)Should pass the domain name to the MTA (Mail Transport Agent) in A-Label format (RFC 5890).looks mismatch with clients... as Our test suggests that Outlook 2016 and Mobile Mail Client passes U-Label , not A-Label , Irrespective of SMTP Server is advertising SMTPUTF8 or not. This is probably ok, as when outlook is being configured if server do not support SMTPUPF8, user won`t be able to configure outlook at all, and obviously won`t be able to send email. It looks like Outlook assumes that if the EAI account is configured, than configuration host/server supports necessary standards. Server SoftwareShould confirm EAI-readiness (e.g. advertise SMTPUTF8 support) when making connection to another MTA. may be replaced with1) When Server connects to another SMTP Server, receiving server should advertise SMTPUTF8 in Hello/Ehlo response. 2) When Mail Client connection to SMTP Server, It should advertise SMTPUTF8 in Hello/Ehlo response. The sending server need not to advertise any support for SMTPUTF8, however must follow EAI guidelines while sending data to receiving server. UASG Elections - Call for nominations

The UASG is now accepting nominations, including self-nominations, for the positions of Chair and Vice Chair. The forum is for owners of a particular item that was manufactured in the US and sold mainly there, but also in significant numbers in Brazil. Copies are known to exist in Germany, Italy, Guam and Australia. It is not impossible that isolated owners may be found in other locations, but it would be exceptional. Every once in a while, the forum gets hit by spammers. So far, they are invariably linked with certain countries that do not overlap with our user base. That makes filters based on location / country / language / script really attractive (and effective). We do not have the volume that allows us to run a Bayesian filter with any success. We are moderately active forum, which means that even one active spammer able to register can dominate; we found that all the standard deterrents (such as captchas) have unacceptable rates of leakage. So, I'm sad to say, for this particular case, there's absolutely no upside to Universal Acceptance. (At least not until my user base starts registering domains with emojis :) ). Spam Filtering

I have previously tested email exchanges between my DataMail 小山(a)xn--wny099c.xn--3ds443g and my gmail. All fine, without any problems. Recently I tested sending email from my DataMail 小山(a)xn--wny099c.xn--3ds443g to some people on gmail. Mostly they report that my email to them goes into their gmail Spam/Junk folder. I deduce that the gmail spam filtering software is treating chinese/unicode email addresses less favourably than ascii email addresses. There does appear to be a UA problem with the gmail spam detection software. I think there will be UA issues with other spam detection/filtering systems. Anyone from Google on this list? That's the reason Content based filtering has never helped to eradicate spam. We use SpamJadoo.com anti spam. That works like charm. Andrew, your emails to us always goes in Inbox. How many of those people speak Chinese natively? Most spam systems are Bayesian and have been taught to look for patterns that match other spam. Everyone who has taught gmail to recognize "Han in the headers == spam" will have to un-teach it that.
