I've uploaded the PDF that was shown on the TTF call last week. https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/Ideas+for+improving+the+organis… This is what I have in mind on how to implement the TTF project on improving the organisation of At-Large content * list the tools used by At-Large to generate/organise/distribute content * for At-Large Working Groups - What tools are used for At-Large Working Groups - describe how the content is organised using these tools - note issues regarding At-Large Working Group Content - develop recommendations to alleviate issues noted And then repeat for RALO content and ALAC content. Any thoughts on this approach? If there is agreement on this approach, then we can continue to edit the document in this style. Perhaps persons can be penholders for the different sections The document is in a Google Document and I can share an editable link with persons willing to work on this. Dev Anand

Method 1) Go to the ATRT2 space and from the Confluence menu and select Browse > Advanced. On the left hand side, select PDF Export. Use the default settings and select Export. It will export the pages and then allow you to download the PDF. This is the best way to export the pages, but it won't give you all the attaches. I attached screen shots to do this. Method 2) Go to the ATRT2 space and from the Confluence menu and select Browse > Advanced. On the left hand side, select HTML Export. Use the default settings and select Export. It will export the pages and then allow you to download a zip of the HTML. This way will export each page, which you have to pen manually with a browser. It also exports the attachments, but not in a easy to access way. Method 3) Go to the specific ATRT2 page in your browser. From the web browser menue, select File > Save Page As > Webpage Complete. This will save an offline full HTML page of only the page you are on. This is the most tedious method as you would need to do it from every page you wanted to go to. Downloading a complete WIKI hierarchy of pages

Dear Technology Task Force, I recently relayed a question from the ATRT2, whether all documents to be read by the ATRT2 and stored on many different confluence WIKI pages could be downloaded to a disk or a USB key since most of us will be in the air for quite a few hours and could make use of that airtime to catch up on our reading. The need is to effectively download a complete sub-section section of the WIKI and its links. I am currently testing a couple of free softwares which let you download complete web sites by downloading each link, sub link and so on, but for some reason they don't work too well with the Confluence WIKI. Would anyone on this WG know of a good free software that would work? Some eager ATRT2 members (myself included) would love to be able to use something like this during the week-end before they fly to Durban. Thanks, Olivier
