Fortalecimiento de Capacidades en San José era bueno ... Supongo. Hubiera sido mejor para completar los objetivos fijados para nuestra Asamblea General.

¿No es el trabajo de los ALS para llevar la información a sus miembros o finales
los usuarios y obtener retroalimentación y enviar que a través de ALAC? Así el camino para
los usuarios finales para hacer exactamente lo que usted está pidiendo es para la ELA a
dar a conocer la información y pedirle su opinión. ¿No es eso lo que su
ELA hace? Esa es la lógica detrás de la estructura RALO.
Así es como la diligencia debida se supone que debe hacerse, y cómo ALS
también han funcionado en lo que respecta a estas aplicaciones ... enviar la información
a cabo, pedir información, sintetizarla e introdúzcalo en la región
asesoramiento, o directamente a la ALAC.
Me parece que la creación de capacidades y el trabajo de ALS era algo
que debería haber pasado mucho más tiempo en la de San José!

Por favor ...
Lea las reglas, el proceso de lectura, leer los archivos, los antecedentes,
y leer la respuesta del personal. No es sólo mi Punto de vista, es la
proceso real. Se pone en un lenguaje sencillo, no jerga legal. Tiene
ha seguido para cada uno de ALS que actualmente acreditado.
Para tratar de hacer un cambio ahora está pasando extraño. ¿Qué pasa con la otra
ALS que hayan sido acreditados en la misma reunión el 14 de marzo, o incluso
todos los otros ALS acreditadas. Por ejemplo, podemos referirnos a
de la AF y el Ralo de la UE en las reuniones de Lisboa en 2007, o la de ALC y NA
reuniones en San Juan también en 2007, en la que fueron acreditados y ALS
de inmediato participó en las reuniones y decisiones sin ningún tipo de
mensaje de cortesía que se envía.
O cualquiera de los otros ALS que nunca recibieron un mensaje de cortesía al
acreditación, ya que este proceso no se encontraba en el lugar hasta después de la primera
RALO se formaron.
Por supuesto, si usted desea poner en práctica dichas normas, en aras de la
la transparencia como usted dice, hay grupos que trabajan actualmente en
el progreso que está buscando en este tipo de cosas. Únete a uno o más de
una.

Jaqueline: Lo que Carlos dijo es verdad! Sólo es distinta a su punto de vista. En el otro lado, las organizaciones solicitantes se convierte en una ALS a través de una cierta
proceso. Ese proceso no termina, o al menos no podía acabar con el voto de la ALAC. Todo esto debido a que la comunicación de este acto, después de haber sido hecho, es ESENCIAL para dar publicidad (a todos) del mismo hecho. Esto es transparencia! - Una verdadera transparencia -
Im muy interesado en mi participación en el futuro cercano, para crear un grupo de trabajo o algo así, se encarga de controlar y hacer a la interpretación de las normas de Estatutos y las normas de OP, porque hay muchas reglas incumplido o violado en muchas CCAA de ICANN / OE, y no hay sanciones por eso, esto es, en mi punto de vista, una grave situación de resolver. Estoy viendo un manejo muy extraño de las reglas y su uso a fin de satisfacer ciertos intereses.
He aprendido en mi vida de la ICANN, que hay muchas opiniones y puntos de vista differentes, y no siempre es mi propia opinión es la mejor, tal vez muchos otros comprender esto. Estoy seguro de que podemos construir una mejor organización.

Las reglas son muy claras. Un ALS se convierte una ALS a través de un cierto
proceso. Este proceso termina con el voto de la ALAC.
Ese voto a favor de la organización convertirse en una licencia previa, y ese voto
SOLO es lo que es necesario contar con una organización convertirse en una ELA y
por lo tanto, parte de la estructura RALO.
Como tal, todos los ALS certificadas en la votación el 14 de marzo fueron, en
el cierre de la votación y el anuncio de los resultados de tales
voto, ALS, y dio la bienvenida como tal en el At-Large por el Presidente del
el ALAC. Yo estaba allí, vi que esto suceda. No puede haber controversia en cuanto a
ya se trate de ALS fueron, desde ese momento, y la participación activa
ALS en el sistema Ralo.

Una vez más, mi hermano, yo entiendo muy bien que hubiera sido más
cómodo sabiendo lo que ocurrió. Y la comunicación a la ELA es una
función principal de los representantes de LACRALO a ALAC. Observe con cuidado
el destinatario de la comunicación de Personal; ISOC-TT. Son miembros de LACRALO
simplemente se copian por cortesía.
Que ni la comunicación de ALAC thru LACRALO ALAC representantes
ni el mensaje de copiado de Personal no ocurrió en un corto período de tiempo no puede ser
en su contra ISOC-TT. Tampoco sería una razón suficiente para negar o
retener cualquier de los beneficios de la membresía de la LACRALO otorgado a la ISOC-TT
por el ALAC. Eso sería una grave violación de los principios de la física
la justicia.
