Dear OFB Members, On behalf of OFB co-chairs, we are seeking At-Large Community volunteers to consider the How We Meet: Reviewing the Implementation of the ICANN Public Meetings Strategy<https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/how-we-meet-reviewing-the...> recently posted for public comment by ICANN org. Your insights and/or expertise on the subject matter for public comment would be helpful for: * Firstly, reviewing and identifying any need for the ALAC to submit a comment, and secondly, where such need arises, presenting issues - in the form of bullet points - for discussion at one or more Working Group calls. * If the Working Group subsequently reaches consensus on the need for an ALAC comment, volunteering as a penholder to craft a concise thoughtful response (i.e. an ALAC statement) to this public comment proceeding. The likelihood of the ALAC *not* commenting on this PC is infinitesimal and the OFB and its voluntary drafting team need to know what questions (thus my extraction of them into a doc for consideration) need to be known and or reviewed... They are in fact the equivalent of the 'bullet points' advised for use in making decisions on a PC response (or not) and any statement regarding any effect on Internet end users... It was also supplied as 'food for thought' for the members of the drafting team already called for and being assembled... Of course the could work on and create some textual response options for consideration that have nothing to do with the questions asked, but is based on the background document provided with the PC; but that has in the past proved both unrewarding for the team and of limited utility to the post PC discussion...
