Finally I got the answer for my below question :- If you tried to convert xn—hhbaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa “64 Character” to it’s Unicode version, it will works and you will get “ممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممم” which is 57 Character which is less than 65 characters. If you tried to convert “مممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممممم” which is 64 character to it’s Punycode version, it will not works as the result of the conversion will be more than 64 characters.
