According to news reports from El Diario de la Republica Province San Luis, Argentina (standard time UTC-04) will keep Daylight Saving Time after April 11, 2010- will continue to have same time as rest of Argentina (UTC-3) (no DST).

yes... I can confirm this... and given that San Luis keeps calling UTC-03:00 "summer time", we should't just let San Luis go back to "Arg" rules.
