Hi Paul Thanks for reply I yesterday downloaded a file from FTP (from wget --retr-symlinks ' ftp://ftp.iana.org/tz/tz*-latest.tar.gz') and there was no new line about this change. That change first appeared in tz release 2014f, dated 2014-08-05 17:42:36 -0700. It sounds like you have an old release and need to upgrade.
