Since both Jordan and Palestine were supposed to begin DST last week: can anyone on the list with a presence in either location report (exactly) what actually happened? Thanks for any light you can shed.

Jordan has changed between Thursday and Friday a while. This year's announcement is here: http://www.petra.gov.jo/Artical.aspx?Lng=1&Section=1&Artical=95303
Amman, March 24 (Petra)--Jordan will switch back to summertime (daylight saving time) on Friday, March 27, according to a communique issues by Prime Minister Nader Dahabi on March 16. Clocks will be set forward by one hour, placing the Kingdom three hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
I will try to get back with links for previous years as well. Best regards, Steffen - timeanddate.com
