Adil, Both of those pages pre-date the discussion from 2017-11-08 which Matt pointed out (https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/tz/2017-November/025518.html) that indicates the 2018-10-28 was later cancelled. The timeanddate link even alludes to the cancellation in an update at the top of their article.
