There is a proposal in State Duma to adopt Russian new Bill 509727-5 "On the Calculation of time" on April 19, 2011. The document, among other things, will provide the legislation to abolish Daylight Saving Time in Russia. Any further news on Russia? Is there any expectation that this will be resolved soon? Or is it going to be months?
Thanks, Deborah

AFAIK this has still not been approved by the state duma with details. Also expect other nations to follow if Russia moves forward with the change as currently proposed / mandated.

Thanks, Deborah
