Yes, I intended to guess that, and I suspect they simply implemented the guess accurately. It would be better to have confirmation of the guess, though. A bit more searching in my part found the Egyptian State Information Service's announcement of cabinet approval here: http://www.sis.gov.eg/En/Templates/Articles/tmpArticleNews.aspx?ArtID=77571 but I'm afraid this doesn't tell us anything new. We still have no confirmation of the details we need to know, such as the time of transition on May 15 and the dates and times later this year.
