this year (just like in 2004-2005) there's no change in time zone adjustment in Cuba. We will stay in daylight savings time: http://www.granma.cu/espanol/2005/noviembre/mier9/horario.html.
Thanks for the heads-up and the reference. Interesting that the Cuban government didn't say "leave the clocks alone in October" until November 9. I assume there was some intermediate announcement? Anyway, I'll propose your patch soon.
