Me neither, though I haven't looked that hard and I read Arabic only via automatic translators. Given your recent email and others, though, the likelihood of the change happening seemed high enough that a new tzdata release now seemed likely to cure more problems than it would cause. The Egyptian government regularly changes daylight-saving rules with less than two weeks' notice, most recently in April of last year. Let's hope we guessed right this time.
