The revisions look ok, but I had thought it made sense to talk specifically about the proprietary Windows data in the "Other time zone databases" section - as Microsoft does indeed research and maintain their own data for this. Thanks for those changes. I pushed them into the experimental version. After reading them I thought it better to coalesce the two sections about Microsoft Windows and trim them down a bit to focus on the tz part. Also, I found a trailing space and this prompted me to improve our anomalous white space checking. So I pushed the attached two additional patches as well.
