List, IMO we should write a new patch defining the Chile DST __End in 2015__ to the __default__ date, which is defined by the Supreme Decree NÂș 1.489, dated Oct 6 1970. As per the decree, "... ends at 24:00 of the 2nd Saturday of March Month". As per the current rule, it will end in Apr 25, 2015; which is uncovered by any decree. Thoughts? - RF.
