The problem with leaving it as it is, is that it currently shows a bias towards one country which is not reflected by the UN security council, the UN general assembly, or any other country in the world, even the USA. It does not reflect world custom or standards, and it clearly makes a political statement; right or wrong, intended or not intended; to support an illegal occupation by a warring country against the wishes of it occupants. Though it may be accurate that the majority in Jerusalem use the tz rules specified, the error is that Jerusalem should not be listed as the largest city in Israel, since no one recognizaes that Jerusalem is in Israel, except Israel itself.
