However, it contains a great infelicity: it clearly states that summer time is to end at 2004/02/14 00:00.
The pages now say: " Art. 1o A partir de zero hora do dia 19 de outubro de 2003, até zero hora do dia 15 de fevereiro de 2004, vigorará a hora de verão, em parte do território nacional, adiantada em sessenta minutos em relação à hora legal." (Article 1. Beginning at 0:00 on October 19, 2003, until 0:00 on February 15, 2004, summer time will be in force, in part of the national territory, advanced sixty minutes with respect to legal [standard] time.)
