On 2018-04-29 (+09:00), according to Yoon Young-chan, senior presidental secretary for public relations of South Korea, has announced that North Korea will revert its time zone from UTC+8:30 (PYT; Pyongyang Time) back to UTC+9 (KST; Korea Standard Time), in lieu of the recent Panmunjom Declaration.
