Even for English speakers, it is amazing to see how variously Greenwich Mean Time is translated: Weltzeit/wereldtijd ("worldtime"), temps/tempo/ hora/ora universale, and even UTC in Danish!
I'd argue that "Greenwich Mean Time" is a misstranslation here and that the English document should have referred to "Universal Time" as well, like all the other language versions do.
