I can imagine the confusion happening to you with this, But the fact that we got a lot of conflicts to get the final decision and the decision initially was from the government, then the parlament rejected this, And finally today the government agreed on that, and cancelled the DST, I know it is a mess, but the fact their decision affecting our technology and operation for the telecom networks plus thousands of affected business, That is why we are seeking your support on this. First reports were regarding DST starting on the 7th, then the 5th was mentioned and now that it is canceled (if it really is) they say it was to be applied on the 8th.
