I would rather presume that the official time changed at 2am on the 30th, as previously reported, and that the "solemn adjustments" that occured at other times were merely ceremonial, and therefore performed at more practical times than 2am. (Of course this is just a presumption, which should be confirmed by official sources.) Although it's unlikely that all these reports are correct, it does seem that people changed their clocks pretty much at a random time. Since our entry is for Europe/Simferopol, I'm mildly inclined to go with the headlines on the first article and use the main Simferopol clock; this would have the advantage of leaving experimental tz database alone.
