Yeah, but that only refers to the last DST => nonDST transition last March... it doesn't mention what they'll be doing this month... What's more... the page that supposedly informs about the timezone in Argentina (http://www.hidro.gov.ar/hora/hora.asp) is "unavailable at this moment" :-(
