saturday night may 31st at midnight (which in french is to be intrepreted as the night between saturday and sunday) sunday night the 28th at midnight I've actually checked with the ministry "ministere de la modernisation des secteur publics" of Morocco and I made a small mistake. I should have read it the evening of Saturday night (Sunday at midnight goes back 1 hour to Saturday 23:00). It makes more sense that way both occurring in the evening of saturday night to sunday morning.
