I've checked the patch, and the transition is applied correctly this September (and contrary what I though, it doesn't affect April's fools… I mean, April's transition) On previous occasions, I've shared the first official or press source available (in this case, the verified Twitter account from Ministerio del Interior); and then I share the decree from the Official Gazette (the legally binding document). It looks like we'll need a new release pretty soon, as this change takes affect in about a month. It would be nice to have a URL that is something more official than a tweet, although that would merely be a commentary change.
