The most amusing sentence in that article is the last one: "Among members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, South Korea and Iceland have not officially adopted daylight saving time, according to the finance ministry." South Korea's finance ministry apparently cannot bring itself to utter the word "Japan". Less-obvious non-DST users among the OECD include Arizona, Hawaii, Quintana Roo, and Sonora. (Chile is a special case.)
