Ha! But seriously, even as a publicity stunt that might shed useful light on the persistent problem. Another idea would be to translate Matt Johnson's excellent summary and analysis (http://codeofmatt.com/2016/04/23/on-the-timing-of-time-zone-changes) into the official languages of all the governments on earth and place them at http://www.iana.org/time-zones/changes. With Matt's permission of course. A one page summary targeted to politicians, sensitive to their incredibly short attention span, might be useful as well. Steve Jones
