Estimados Todos. la respuesta a mi opinion sobre la creacion de nuevos constituencies en el GNSO, es que no podemos negar la importancia de la participacion y la diversidad en la discusion. Pero que esto no debe ser considerado en abstracto al momento de decidir y votar. Por ello propongo que Nuestros representantes en ALAC antes de hacer su votacion vean los documentos en los links enviados en mi correo anterior que les daran una idea mejor de como votar y hacerlo responsablemente. Hoy los nuevos constituencies presentados son el Consumer Constituency y el Not For Profit Constituency y algunos mas estan queriendo hacer su aparicion. Gracias carlos por enviar el mail en la lista en español, muchos de esta lista te lo van a agradecer (entre los que me encuentro).
Me resulta muy interesante el intercambio de opiniones con respecto a los Consumer Constituency y el Not For Profit Constituency, podrian ser tan amables tanto vos carlos como Alex, poder profundizar en esto?, sobre todo en el conocimiento que ustedes tienen de las personas que lo impulsan...creo que esto puede ser muy bueno para aclararnos a aquellos que no hemos tenido posibilidad de interactuar con ellos sobre puntos de vista e informacion relevante a la hora de tomar decisiones.
Quiero aclarar que el envío de votación se basa en esta pregunta con tres respuestas posibles:
¿Apoya usted la ratificación de la Observación de ALAC sobre "comment on the Draft Process for Recognition of New GNSO Constituencies" para comunicarlo en el correspondiente Comentario Público que esta en proceso? *Con las respuestas posibles:* *Sí No Abstenerse*
