That will be good to highlight something positive, not result in a history of confrontations. This just sounds to me: am not congratulated me for what I did, but others s, then I must note. I think it's time to work without having to highlight achievements personal past, present or future. I would like to hear statements of work, how to improve things, say "I do" instead of "I". Unfortunately SQUE this with Trasnlation into English only llegartbNL> trash, but take responsibility to past and current drivers Therefore our region. I am not satisfied that "esttrabajando it." Translation An evil always brings misunderstandings, despite the very "Goodwill" of those hiding their "personal interests, try to conceal or justify it, and even to make statements about it. Please list members who do not understand in English Trasnlation (As I do not understand the Spanish in Translation), I request to my email staff (asoto@ibero-americano.org) that the envitraducida or original in Spanish for you the traduzacan. With pleasure I will make. Sb already a member of the list we have done on your own. But this is not the solution!!!!!!!!

S, the reason is secreted ...LACRALO was the first to sign the Memorandum of Understanding - I was particularly insistent that when I was Chair of ALAC and work for has all THIN seal Memoranda of Understanding by the end of my term, I the arregl. However, I would like to point out a NARALO was the first to bring RALO concerns of end users ICANN travs the first Report issues requested by an AC, PDP and approved by the Board of politics on the test domain, a project led by Alan Greenberg. If we are in a mood of felicitacin, kudos to the RALO that have specific end-user contributions to POLICIES ICANN, which, as all deberamos have in mind is the reason why the RALO were formed in the first place. I hope that the achievement of the milestones that are really effective LACRALO global politics to the Internet, ICANN travs Policy How the Board, and not just be complacent with regard to issues internal administrative regions. There have been several initiatives that were presented POLICIES LACRALO in consideracin recent past, which LACRALO considercomo not a group, but were accepted and approved by ALAC when re-submitted directly as individual proposals for consideration ALAC. Unfortunately, LACRALO representatives were not present in the meeting of ALAC in CR in this votacin was taken. I think the Declaration of the group in SNCC is an excellent starting point, although close involvement in the development of such, and find that send to a more and more inclusive policy group. As Chair of ALAC in 2006-2007, I spent an enormous amount time trying to get my region up first, and has been very painful to see RALO other passes over us and take the initiative in the work of politics.I hope that the creation of these working groups will lead, sooner or later, to LACRALO taking the leadership position that is expected in 2005-2007, when spent hundreds of hours of work in their training and commissioning practice.

Dear Members of LACRALO
I want to thank everyone who participated in the conference call yesterday.
We are at a very special and active in LACRALO. And as well as mencionOlivier Crepin-Leblon, Chair of the ALAC, we were the first RALO to sign the MOU, and now we are also the first to organize groups RALO working on crucial issues of our region. This is a story to share with all RALO, because ultimately we are the House End Users of the World and all should benefit!.
Special thanks to Fatima Cambronero and Natalia Enciso for having invited to our continuous cycle of capacitacina Karla Valente, Director ICANN's gTLD with the Registry.
And Karla Valente, our thank you very much for your time and congratulations on an exhibition as clear and precise.
