The ONLY reason LACRALO exists is to be the voice of end users in the region in the ICANN multistakeholder model. How can that POSSIBLY NOT be the MOST important thing? And, no, as a non-lawyer (engineer and academic), I don't think it's important at all to have "a crew of lawyers" in the region. I think it's important to have a crew of volunteers who bring the issues and concerns of the local users to ICANN processes and who take the ICANN policy out and explain it to get proper informed feedback from the end users of the region.
That's what LACRALO was created for. That's what I, and most other people joined for.

For That reason I claim an urgent call to the GA members create a body of interpretation of Framework WG to start the analysis of our Operating Principles to Avoid new Differences of interpretation.
