Allá ellas. 1. Por ahora, respecto del derecho internacional, no me preocuparía. No hay detalles por ahora sobre su aplicación, y tampoco incide en este momento en la transición. Considero que puede ser analizado oportunamente. 2. Mientras se mantenga el modelo de múltiples partes interesadas, creo que la consideración de los usuarios finales merece otro tipo de atención, pero que tampoco creo que incide en la transición. Si hay un tema que hace a la protección de datos de los usuarios finales, que no está considerada en ningún lado, muy particularmente considerando lo que se denomina Internet de las cosas, pero no creo que se llegue a tiempo para una proposición estudiada. Coincido totalmente con lo que expresas en el punto 3. Al respecto, en ICANN no están muy claro, quizás por los distintos idiomas, varios conceptos. Sobre Sociedad Civil: Ámbito no público, sociedad de los ciudadanos y sus relaciones y actividades privadas. Algunos ejemplos de ICANN cuando habla de Sociedad Civil: 1. Invitación al Seminario web para Londres 2014: Los invitamos a participar de un seminario web previo a la reunión ICANN 50 dirigido a participantes de la sociedad civil, a cargo de los vicepresidentes .
