What on earth is happening at this time?", but this temporary glitch to a connected user is only the tip of the iceberg, and nothing compared to the close to a billion unconnected in the Global South of which some of my immediate family is a part of.

As this is going to the submitted via the youth platform, it will be amazing if the speakers are of a diverse age, thereby encouraging an intergenerational dialogue on the panel.
