Thanks very much to Akinori Maemura and the team at APNIC and the rest of the collaboration team of JPRS+JPNIC+ICANN APAC Hub for doing the translation and checking.

The translation is done by JPNIC including me, with the assistance of MoU framework group of JPRS+JPNIC+ICANN APAC Hub which is for document translation.
