I have a SOI as an SSAC member, which you can try to find on the amazingly badly designed new SSAC web site. (Start at https://www.icann.org/en/ssac/members and hope the javascript works.) I do not understand how an SOI would work for UASG which does not have members. Who would provide them? What incentive would there be, and what would happen to people who do not do so? R's, John
