Hello! There is *Europe**/Kiev* timezone related to Ukraine. But Ukraine has the Ukrainian language and *Kiev* is in russian language. The correct name of the capital city of Ukraine is *Kyiv.* It must be changed. I know that it's not easy to do that but you must have some way to do that. For example, rename *Europe/Kiev* to *Europe/Kyiv* and make *Europe/Kiev* to be a temporary alias or link to *Europe/Kyiv.* What do you think about it? Best regards, Igor Melnyk.
