There is Europe/Kiev timezone related to Ukraine.

But Ukraine has the Ukrainian language and Kiev is in russian language. The correct name of the capital city of Ukraine is Kyiv.

It must be changed.

I know that it's not easy to do that but you must have some way to do that.

For example, rename Europe/Kiev to Europe/Kyiv and make Europe/Kiev to be a temporary alias or link to Europe/Kyiv.
