It seemed unlikely to me that the statement about the Yukon in line 1844 below "This is still valid;" was still valid, except in the sense that Yukon standard time may still be defined as GMT-9, although standard time in Yukon has not had that offset, and the name has not been used with that meaning, except in some historical sense, since 1973. So I tried to trace the history of Yukon time and found the following regulations, giving the reference title and URL if found, regulation name, and relevant quote if available. Each regulation specifically revokes its predecessor. The final reference is to the current Interpretation Act authorizing and resulting from these regulatory changes. Only recent regulations were retrievable via Yukon government site search or index, and only some via Canadian legal sources.
