   This would be quite be confusing: there would be two    New Year's in a row. Obviously, the step has to be done    from 02 h to 01 h (or even later). That is corroborated    by the decree 34/2018, online at    [https://www.legis-palop.org/download.jsp?idFile=102818]:       "A hora legal do Pais, que coincide com o tempo        universal coordenado, será reposta às 2 horas, no        dia 1 de Janeiro de 2019."       [The legal time of the country, which coincides with        universal coordinated time, will be restituted at 2 o'clock        on day 1 of January, 2019.]    The decree has been published on 2018-12-11.    Michael Deckers.
