Presumably we're talking about Asia/Amman. Do you have a pointer or two to a publication that indicates the official change? I'd imagine you'd like something like the following: *** asia.orig 2013-12-17 10:45:08.000000000 +0100 --- asia 2013-12-17 10:45:10.000000000 +0100 *************** *** 1419,1425 **** # Zone NAME GMTOFF RULES FORMAT [UNTIL] Zone Asia/Amman 2:23:44 - LMT 1931 2:00 Jordan EE%sT 2012 Oct 26 0:00s ! 3:00 - AST # Kazakhstan --- 1419,1426 ---- # Zone NAME GMTOFF RULES FORMAT [UNTIL] Zone Asia/Amman 2:23:44 - LMT 1931 2:00 Jordan EE%sT 2012 Oct 26 0:00s ! 3:00 - AST 2013 Dec 20 0:00s ! 2:00 - AST Don't apply the patch directly as I've monkeyed with tabs so you could get an appropriate view. Hi See below the announcement from the government about the time change on Dec 20 http://jordantimes.com/govt-decides-to-switch-back-to-wintertime see below the current file what I want to return back the time and set a new rule in 2014 to change the time like previous years. Also is there any new time zone file will be generated for that Rule Jordan 2003 only - Oct 24 0:00s 0 - Rule Jordan 2004 only - Oct 15 0:00s 0 - Rule Jordan 2005 only - Sep lastFri 0:00s 0 - Rule Jordan 2006 2012 - Oct lastFri 0:00s 0 - # Zone NAME GMTOFF RULES FORMAT [UNTIL] Zone Asia/Amman 2:23:44 - LMT 1931 2:00 Jordan EE%sT 2012 Oct 26 0:00s 3:00 - AST BR [Ericsson]<http://www.ericsson.com/> AMER KAYED Service Engineer Support Ericsson King Hussein Business park Building 5,4th Floor 11194, Jordan Phone +96265540787 Mobile +962777666461 Office +962777666461 Fax +96265540751 amer.kayed@ericsson.com www.ericsson.com [http://www.ericsson.com/current_campaign]<http://www.ericsson.com/current_campaign> Legal entity: Ericsson AB, registered office in Amman Jordan .
