Hello, I (remotely) operate a server in Paraguay, and people there tell me that the timezone rules are incorrect. Paraguay changes to DST on the first Sunday in March, NOT on the last Sunday in February as the current rules still say. Sadly I do not have an official source to pint to. Also please note that the latest tzdata files on you ftp server have a date that is somewhat in the future (December 2001).
