Russia back to "winter time" soon
According to this news source, Russia will most likely set clocks one hour back this spring, the bill will be submitted on January 20th, hopefully with the date for the change. Thanks for the heads-up. A later news article says that the bill is expected to pass this spring, but it's more likely that Russia will leave the clocks alone until fall, and also it's more likely that it'll be a one-time (permanent) switch than a full return to the DST regime. I guess it depends on which tea leaves one is reading.... Russia likely to switch back to winter time. Barentsnova 2014-01-15 http://www.barentsnova.com/node/2571
