DST time zone Amercia/Sao_Paulo
Greetings, I would like to inform you that DST is *active* for America / Sao_Paulo and Brazil/East Time Zones, since yesterday. However, the *correct* date for activation is *November 4, 2018*, the Brazilian government changed it in February 2018. This is causing errors in Oracle Databases in Amazon Web Services. Please, correct as soon as possible. Thank you, Júnior Didoné
Júnior, This change for Brazil was incorporated into our data on 19 December 2017 in https://github.com/eggert/tz/commit/13849c314693c27679f21226c1cb14d7153c03c2, and was released in version 2018a on 12 January 2018. -- Tim Parenti On Tue, 23 Oct 2018 at 12:43, Júnior Didoné <jdidone@gmail.com> wrote:

A There was a failure to update the TZDATA 2018E file in RDS / Oracle, causing the instances to remain with the older version of TZDATA. The AWS support team can perform the fix.
