Greetings,

I would like to inform you that DST is active for America / Sao_Paulo and Brazil/East Time Zones, since yesterday.

However, the correct date for activation is November 4, 2018, the Brazilian government changed it in February 2018.

This is causing errors in Oracle Databases in Amazon Web Services.

Please, correct as soon as possible.
