Now, Ma'an News Agency reports that Hamas cabinet has decided it will start one day later, at 12:01am. Not sure if they really mean 12:01am or noon though: http://www.maannews.net/eng/ViewDetails.aspx?ID=271178 (Ma'an News Agency) "At 12:01am Friday, clocks in Israel and the West Bank will change to 1:01am, while Gaza clocks will change at 12:01am Saturday morning."
