Updates for Russia DST in 2010- 5 regions are changing Time Zones
Prime Minister of Russia V. Putin signed a Government Decrees № 170 and № 171 "On the application in the territory of the Kamchatka region and the Chukotka Autonomous District of time the tenth time zone" and "On the application in the territory of Samara region second time zone" http://premier.gov.ru/events/messages/9864/ http://premier.gov.ru/events/messages/9863/ or http://www.worldtimezone.com/dst_news/dst_news_russia13.html http://www.worldtimezone.com/dst_news/dst_news_russia14.html When most of Russia will adopt DST this year on March 28, 2010, Regions below will not change their clocks on March 28, 2010: 1. Kamchatka region (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy), will change current time zone GMT+12, MSK+9 to current Magadan time zone ( GMT+11, MSK+8) 2. Chukotka region (Chukotskiy Avtonomnyy Okrug, Anadyr), will change current time zone GMT+12, MSK+9 to current Magadan time zone ( GMT+11, MSK+8) 3. Udmurt Republic (Udmurtia, Izhevsk) will change time zone GMT+4, MSK+1 to Moscow Time zone (GMT+3, MSK) 4. Samara oblast (Samara) will change time zone GMT+4, MSK+1 to Moscow Time zone (GMT+3, MSK) 5.
