Hi, I'm currently working with WebObjects 5.2.3 on Windows and have been unsuccessful in upgrading the WebObjects zoneinfo.zip with the time zone update. Will the timezone updates provided in tzcode2007c.tar.gz and tzdata2007c.tar.gz work for Windows? If so, could you provide instructions on how to install it on windows?
