The files ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2003a.tar.gz and ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2003a.tar.gz are now available. In addition to the changes circulated on the time zone mailing list by Paul Eggert, there are a few additions and modifications to the tz-art.htm file. --ado

For future versions, would it be possible to make these tarballs unpack their files into directories like ./tzcode-2003b/ and ./tzdata-2003b/, rather than into the current directory? That would be more convenient, at least for me. paul
